Refund policy

No Change of Mind Returns Due to the bespoke and unique nature of all artworks, returns and refunds are not permitted for change of mind. Each piece is an original work of art, and purchases are considered final once completed.

Damaged Artworks If your artwork arrives damaged:

  • Contact me immediately at hello@emmaoconnellart.com.au within 24 hours of delivery
  • Take clear photos showing all damage to the artwork
  • Photograph the packaging to show evidence of how the damage occurred
  • Keep all original packaging materials
  • Do not dispose of any damaged materials until the claim is resolved

Once I receive your photos and documentation, I will assess the damage and arrange either:

  • A full refund, or
  • A replacement artwork (where possible)

Return shipping for damaged items will be arranged and covered by me at no cost to you.

Defective Items In the rare event that your artwork has a defect or issue with materials/workmanship:

  • Contact me at hello@emmaoconnellart.com.au with photos and a description of the defect
  • I will work with you to resolve the issue fairly and promptly
  • A refund or replacement will be offered as appropriate

Insurance Coverage All artworks are fully insured during transit. Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for refund or replacement.
