How do I purchase artwork?
Simply browse the available works on the website, select the piece you love, and proceed to checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.
Can I commission a custom piece?
Yes! I love creating custom artworks. Please contact me directly via my email address hello@emmaoconnellart.com.au to discuss your vision, preferred size, colours, and timeframe. Once we agree on the details, I'll provide a quote and estimated completion date.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept PayPal, Afterpay, credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely.
Will I receive a certificate of authenticity?
Yes, all original artworks come with a signed certificate of authenticity that includes details about the artwork, materials used, and date of creation.
About the Artwork
Are the colours accurate on the website?
I work hard to photograph my artwork as accurately as possible. However, screen settings can affect how colours appear. Most collectors find the colours are richer and more vibrant in person. If you have concerns, please contact me for additional photos or details.
Are your artworks signed?
Yes, all original artworks are signed by me. Typically, I sign on the front, but placement can be discussed for commissions.
Do artworks come framed?
Original artworks may come framed or unframed depending on the listing. This will be clearly stated in the product description. If you'd like to discuss framing options, please get in touch.
What materials do you use?
I work primarily with acrylics on canvas. Each listing includes specific details about the materials and techniques used.
Framing?
Not all artwork is framed, this can be added as an additional cost.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will delivery take?
Australian orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive tracking information once your artwork ships.
Do you ship internationally?
At this present time no, however will be looking at the opportunity in 2026.
How is my artwork packaged?
Every piece is carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure it arrives safely. Artworks are wrapped, cornered, and boxed appropriately for their size and medium.
